We present a low-risk, mínimal upfront investment, and substantial potential for growth, providing a golden opportunity for small to medium-sized F&B operators to initiate and expand their culinary ventures, be it a restaurant or a flourishing food delivery enterprise, while simultaneously collaborating with enterprises to transform their restaurant businesses into more integral parts of everyday life through our innovative cloud kitchens model.

**What you'll do**
- Build, manage and continuously improve our kitchen operations with an eye on efficiency and efficacy
- Build a happy, high-performing team who are the backbone of our business and run our facilities.
- Create, maintain and ensure thorough execution of SOP (cleanliness, customer service, etc.)
- Responsible for the P&L of our facilities. Constantly look for ways to optimize costs and efficiency.
- Support the success of customers including facilitating efficient onboarding. addressing onsite support issues, improving energy cost efficiency, and leading value-added projects.
- React quickly to kitchen issues and resolve them within SLA.
- Communicate with stakeholders to shape product roadmaps, resolve escalated issues from internal teams and escalate customer concerns ensuring a strong customer feedback loop
- Uphold and adhere to all country-specific compliance, safety and hygiene standards and permits/licenses, including those pertaining to building and food safety.

**What we're looking for**
- Degree in Business, Hospitality, F&B management, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of working experience
- Proven experience in a fast-paced start-up environment. Fast leader. Adaptable to changes and challenges.
- A charismatic leader with proven ability to build, groom and lead a team.
- Project management experience. Ability to prioritize, push for the desirable results and delegate.
- Technical know-how of kitchen build, equipment and utilities optimization. Ability to troubleshoot typical kitchen issues.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in Google Suite.
