**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Job Highlights**

**Documentation Verification and Registry Applications (60%)**
- Verify data from documentation received by customers for registration of Renewable Energy assets and its energy generation
- Liaise with customers for additional information required / missing documentation if any
- Liaise with sales team on documentation requirements to customers to clarify additional information required/ missing documentation if any
- Execution of data transfers between accounts on Registry platform(s)

**Documentation Management and Reporting (30%)**
- Ensure documentation received are filed in the proper folders on the central database
- Update documentation versions as and when there are changes to existing versions
- Provide weekly updates to the team manager on the status of asset registration and data generation, as well as outstanding items and bottlenecks faced

**Platform Administration and Customer Service (10%)**
- Handle enquiries from platform users promptly and professionally
- Onboard of customers onto the platform and demonstrate use of basic platform functions to customers
- Feedback to the team manager on issues faced by customers while using the platform (if any)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification Diploma/Degree
- Strong administration and data verification skills, with at least 3-5 years’ experience in documentation verification and administration
- Self-motivated, with demonstrated ability and initiatives to manage and resolve a wide range of issues independently
- Highly detailed and meticulous
- Strong organisation skills
- Good written and spoken English
- Good spoken and written Mandarin is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Good time management, team player and task prioritisation skills
