Real Estate Payment Specialist

Responsibilities Team Introduction **Responsibilities**: - Oversee all real estate financial operations and payment across APAC, ensuring timely and accurate payments, managing security deposits, and collaborating with finance and tax teams for compliance. - Maintain a comprehensive and meticulously updated database of all real estate financial operation records, including rental payments, utilities, project-related and other operational expenses. - Drive continuous improvement in financial processes through the development and implementation of standardized procedures, optimized workflows, and enhanced tracking mechanisms. - Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including landlords and vendors, to ensure seamless communication, alignment on financial matters, and effective negotiation and issue resolution. - Oversee the review and processing of contracts related to payment obligations, ensuring accurate billing, timely payments, and adherence to agreed terms. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure proper documentation and compliance with contract terms for all financial transactions. - Lead and manage real estate finance-related projects, including system implementations, process improvements, and new workflow designs. Provide strategic guidance and support to ensure successful project execution and alignment with team objectives. - Prepare comprehensive financial real estate cost reports, including charts and graphs, to visualize payment status and trends across APAC, and analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities and provide insights to support budget allocation decisions. - Provide support for other real estate-related tasks, including preparing regular reports for management, contributing to adhoc projects and supporting facilities management operation as needed. **Qualifications**: **Minimum Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree with Real Estate, Finance, Accountancy or equivalent. - 5 years of working experience preferably in technology, consulting, real estate, property management, or workplace-related fields. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. **Preferred Qualifications**: - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. - Excellent financial data analytical skills with a strong focus on driving continuous improvements. - Highly proactive and a self-starter with the ability to manage competing priorities and complex tasks, while maintaining a sharp focus on detail and deadlines. - Strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen aptitude for managing multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively. - Sound critical thinking skills, empowered to make informed and decisive judgment calls when necessary.
