Analysis and diagnosis of existing portfolio performance; establish and optimize benchmarks for to optimize underperforming assetsBuilding synergy across cross -functional teams whilst collaborating with external stakeholders (architects, consultants, real estate partners) to deliver real estate pipelineExecuting and managing the investment process which covers deal evaluation, feasibility studies and deal structuringDeal sourcing and structuring for real estate pipeline in SingaporePerform due diligence on potential investmentsOversee department budgets and capital allocationDetailed financial modelling.Produce regular reports tracking the business impact of investment initiatives.Assist with strategic analysis about visitor behaviour from website data on traffic patterns, order volume, conversion funnel, navigation behaviour, pathing, and product selection.Verify and consolidate data from various sources to build meaningful reports, both scheduled and ad hoc. RequirementsAble to work independently in a fast -paced settingCapacity to analyse and react quicklyExcellent attention to detailsHard worker, rigorous and strong organization skillsStrong analytical skillset with adequate commercial acumenSelf -motivated, organized, and responsible with proven analytical, problem identification and resolution skills.Strong ability to create and dissect reports, summarize findings and make proper recommendations to ensure growth and optimum value are attained.Understanding of property funds eco -system and investment scene.Strong verbal and written presentation skills to effectively communicate results/implications to technical and non -technical audiences.Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint Presentation and email writing skills.A self -starter with the ability to work well in a teamBachelor Degree with major in Finance, Accounting, Investment Management or any related disciplines. Professional qualification of CFA / CPA is preferred.Minimum of 3 – 5 years' of experience in special situation investment, private equity firm or investment bankingAbility to perform financial modelling with prominent data mining and solid analysis skills for screening investment opportunitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills – Mandarin and English Benefits Will only be disclosed upon candidate's confirmation
