**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the overall company accounts and financial activities to improve financial performance.
- Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, bankers, auditors, tax consultants, and authorities.
- Collaborate intimately with various business units for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and negotiating contracts to support business and organizational objectives.
- Prepare, review, and present timely monthly financial and management reports to key stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough analyses of revenue, expenditures, cash flows, and balance sheets.
- Ensure diligent and accurate maintenance of all financial statements, company documents, and business contracts.
- Oversee regulatory compliance, including adherence to ISO standards, and manage corporate sustainability reporting and disclosures.
- Participate in ad-hoc duties and projects that may be assigned from time to time.

- Degree in Accountancy or Finance or equivalent professional certification.
- Membership with The Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) is preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting and auditing, inclusive of at least 3 years in audit and 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of Singapore's financial, legal, and tax principles.
- Experience with Microsoft Business Dynamics 365 / Jet Reports is highly regarded.
