We are looking for a proactive senior Finance professional with potential for CFO to support our business growth in all relevant financial aspects. Based in Singapore, Finance Manager will serve on a local and international basis.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
The purpose of this job is to help ensure high level of Finance management in the Company.

Primary job duties will be:

- Build a strong and competent worldwide finance organization. Oversee operations of the Finance team, design framework, create policies, set goals and objectives, propose and implement digital solutions. Setup internal audit and procedures.
- Perform finance management in the Company, including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and maintaining the financial health of the Company.
- Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the Company’s status and financial forecasts. Provide insights about spending trends, cost-saving initiatives, margin opportunities.
- Develop metrics for driving business performance relative to strategic priorities and minimizing risk.
- Manage the accounting process of the Company. Drive the continuous improvement of end-to-end accounting practices.
- Perform budgeting and forecasting for the business.
- Mediate between the organization, employees, stakeholders, shareholders and investors on financial issues.
- Preparation and timely execution of the audit. Liaise with external auditors and tax agents.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and process improvement.

**ABOUT THE CANDIDATE**:

- Degree in Finance;
- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience;
- Advanced computer skills and finance software awareness;
- Strong logical thinking ability, sense of responsibility. Excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills;
- Proficient in English.

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
