**Qualifications**:

- Recognized Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience, with in-depth knowledge of accounting standards and statutory reporting requirements (prior experience in the healthcare sector would be an advantage)
- Excellent writing skills

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the Home’s finance team in maintaining full set of books
- Prepare financial and other statements for audit cycles by government bodies
- Responsible for implementing finance policies, governance and compliance protocols
- Responsible for staff payroll, CPF and IR8E submissions
- Collaborate closely with relevant departments on budget planning & implementation and grants processing
- Prepare, submit and monitor the Home’s proposed annual budget for Board approval and implementation
- Prepare and submit compulsory surveys by government agencies
- Maintain a Fixed Assets register ensuring assets tags are properly registered

**Key Assets and Abilities**:

- An effective leader with good managerial abilities to lead & supervise the in-house Finance team
- Good interpersonal demeanor
- Meticulous with a keen eye for details
- Proficient in MS Office programs, especially Excel and Powerpoint

Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
