**What You Will Do**

The E2E Supply Chain Leader for Self Care will be leading Asia Pacific Self Care Franchise Supply Chain. He/she will partner with the In-Market Supply Chain, Plan, Make, Source, R&D and Commercial teams to deliver priorities, have ownership of Asia Pacific Self Care Supply Chain P&L, champion the Service, Agility & Responsiveness agenda for the business, and will lead the Growth and Life Cycle Management (LCM) portfolio for the Franchise in line with 3-Year Operating Plan commitments. The role requires both strategic, innovative leadership as well as ability to operate from a big picture perspective to ensure alignment with Procurement strategies as well as delivering regional objectives on cost and cash by actively driving transparency and visibility of key financial metrics to deliver maximum value for the business and enable decision making.

This role reports to Asia Pacific VP Operations with dotted line responsibility for Self Care Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, R&D, Finance. He/She will also serve as a key member to the Asia Pacific Supply Chain Leadership Team.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Accountable for the development and execution of Operations & Supply Chain deliverables of Self Care strategic plans (3-Year Operating Plan, LRFP, Innovation and Life Cycle Management plans) that drive business growth and incorporates a profound understanding of Supply Chain dynamics.
- Orchestrate the E2E Self Care Supply Chain Team across all pillars & supporting functions, leading all decisions in delivery of key projects and strategies.
- Work in partnership with Cluster Supply Chain leaders to ensure that the supply chain is delivering Self Care customer demand needs.
- Balance the franchise Self Care needs with finding synergies and scale advantages to deliver overall efficiencies across the supply chain.
- Partner with In-market Squad leaders to drive effective, profitable trade-off decisions to deliver on service & GP targets
- Foster excellence in Supply Chain through end-to-end accountability for the Self Care Supply Chain
- Ensure Self Care Supply Chain results (quality, service, delivered cost) are achieved.
- Partner with the Cluster Supply Chain, Commercial and R&D teams in the delivery of priorities - Sales, Profitability (MNI & GP), Free Cashflow, Manage Self Care Supply Chain P&L.
- Direct ownership of Self Care Inventory Management, while driving simplification, continuous improvement, and agility.
- Champion the Service, Agility & Responsiveness agenda for the business.
- Manage quality and compliance of the supply chain in Asia Pacific Self Care.
- Accountable for Asia Pacific Self Care inventory levels and capital expenditures.
- Owns delivery of the Growth and Life Cycle Management (LCM) portfolio for the Franchise in line with Operating Plan commitments Benchmark Self Care Operations globally and implement Self Care best practices in Asia Pacific.
- Manage a team of Asia Pacific selfcare supply chain, focused on planning (Supply, Reliability) and Governance and Execution (Projects, Portfolio).
- Drive employee engagement, Credo results and talents strategy for the Selfcare SC Franchise team..

**Qualifications**:
**What We Are Looking For**
- BA degree required.
- MBA or other relevant post graduate degree preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 20 years of diverse experience across different areas of the Supply Chain (i.e. Supply Chain/Demand Planning, Supply Chain/Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Process Excellence, or Distribution) is required. A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated direct people manager experience is required. Experience with OTC business is a significant advantage.
- Planning experience is a must.
