**Responsibilities**
- Originate and promote ECA supported finance, commodity trade finance, structured trade finance transactions/business within APAC and to improve revenue growth while in compliance with rules, regulations and internal guidelines
- Formulate and promote business growth strategies for Japanese or other Asian ECA supported corporate finance, commodity trade finance and structured trade finance transactions in various markets within Asia Pacific
- Build relationship with internal and external customers/stakeholders, and earn trust by delivering quality work

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 4 years and more corporate banking experience as relationship manager.
- Minimum 1 year or more experience in origination of either ECA supported corporate financings, commodity trade financings or corporate finance based structured trade finance transactions.
- Business proficiency in written, reading and spoken Japanese as this individual will need to work regularly and efficiently with Japanese stakeholders across the business and will be involved in working with Japanese Corporate Clients and Japanese Export Credit Agency
- Degree qualified
- Experience in arranging or participating in syndicated loans will be positively evaluated
- A team player who is able to work / collaborate well with various stakeholders in a large Tokyo-based Japanese organization with communication skill and sense of responsibility
- Presentation skills to effectively communicate with internal overseas stakeholders including management members of the Bank
- Accuracy of work to complete the duties so that the management and the other marketing staffs can work smoothly
- Understanding and willingness to work closely with the relevant Japanese Corporate primary offices, planning teams and various stakeholders in Japan
- Good understanding and past working experience with Japanese financial institutions and ECAs
