As Vice President, Business Development (Animation), you shall be responsible

for the following:

- Growing the top line revenue of the animation business with bottom-line responsibilities
- Managing existing clients and developing new clientele and seeking new growth opportunities for the studio
- Oversee the submission of bids, contracts, budgeting, payment schedules and cash flow management and working closely with the company's Financial Controller and Legal Counsel
- Working closely with the Head of Studio (Animation) on all operational and production related matters to ensure the highest quality of animation is produced in accordance to client's expectations
- Working with Management to achieve the annual budget projections, tracking and reporting of revenue on a monthly basis and striving to achieve target profit margins for the Company
- To be part of the team to develop original and/or licensed animation IP for the Company, and to pitch them to regional and international networks and channels
- To exploit its existing IPs and rights in completed animation titles through distribution in Indonesia, other Southeast Asia markets and global territories as required
- Develop and manage key accounts in emerging high-growth sectors such as gaming by leveraging the Batam studio's existing capabilities in asset and animation production, and building new clientele in gaming and extended reality (XR) space, including game developers, game publishers and augmented reality app developers
