- Maintain proper consistency in food quality and service
- Cleaning, organize and taking care of central kitchen equipment
- Ensure proper food handling, safety, and hygiene standard of central kitchen
- Adhere to and implement sanitation regulations and safety regulations.
- Performs any other duties as directed by the Manager
- Promote positive work environment
- Leads other kitchen workers, and determines the quantity of food that will be needed within a particular time frame.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably someone with at least 1-2years in a working experience
- 6 days’ work week, able to work on weekends, public holiday and long hours
