Today, most countries across the world lack access to the internet and with that, the resources to do business, exchange ideas and learn.
Severe bottlenecks at all levels, what we call the Global Internet Distribution Challenge, has led to more than 50% of the world left unconnected entirely OR connected but with extremely poor access to the Internet. The outcome is that large swaths of the global population are hence prevented from accessing life-changing and economy-driving tools and services offered by the Internet.

We are building a space laser network to deliver the future of Internet Distribution worldwide. This will be the fastest way to bring the rest of the world up on the bandwidth and connectivity curve. Right now, we are using the same technology to provide a rapidly deployable, affordable, low cost and high speed Last Mile Connectivity solution, CENTAURI, which speeds up adoption of 4G and 5G globally, especially dense residential areas during COVID-19 period which require urgent bandwidth upgrades.

**Sales Operations Specialist**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Be the gatekeeper of data integrity and hygiene of Salesforce.
- Implement automation and standardization to streamline workflows and processes.
- Manage internal stakeholder relationships and ensure overall operational success in adherence to guidelines and procedures.
- Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate and resolve any operational issues and escalations.
- Operationalise and execute partner programs throughout the full life cycle of each partnership, such as from initial stages of partner identification, recruitment, onboarding and nurturing.
- Be the voice of our Partners when it comes to improving operational efficiency and effectiveness as well as overall partner experience.
- Take ownership of maintaining and enhancing the Transcelestial Partner Portal to drive partner engagement.
- Work with the Partnerships team to define and execute Partner Programs according to requirements and more broadly, represent the needs of Sales Operations.
- Other ad-hoc projects such as building presentation decks for internal teams and generating of data for reporting purposes.
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in working in sales administration or partner operations and/or supporting Partner/Channel/Alliances in a technology company.
- Prior experience using customer relationship management or partner relationship management tools (eg. SalesForce).
- Experience managing both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication and solid influencing skills.
- Keenness to learn and a Self-starter mindset with demonstrated ability to take initiative.
- Ability to work independently, think outside the box and juggle multiple tasks with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
**PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS**:
- Prior working knowledge of sales processes and systems (Salesforce user) preferred
- Previous experience developing tactical initiatives that improve sales productivity and performance
