Online Ecommerce Business Development and Sales

The Online Ecommerce business development lead is an executive with 2 key areas of focus.
First, the Lead is responsible to develop and implement the online business and Sale plan for B2C,B2B & B2U leading to B2B.
Second, the Lead is responsible with developing, communicating, executing, and sustaining business/corporate strategic online initiatives and the online product pipeline **regionally **.
We are looking for an experienced Online Ecommerce Business Development and Sale Lead to control and oversee all business products, sales, business growth, people and ventures. You will be one of the personal in the organisation and will be responsible for the sustainability success of the business. He/She must have a good track record of the his/her achievement
The goal is to ensure the company is constantly moving towards fulfilling its short-term and long-term objectives and does not diverge from its strategic guideline
**B2B/B2U Business Development**
- To achieve at least 0.5million USD online Business Revenue in the SEA market per annum.
- At Least 20 new products launches and collabration through the year
**Corporate Partnerships Management**
- Evaluate current corporate partnership division in terms of strategy, talent resourcing, management processes, and metrics, etc.
- Participate in joint client acquisition with the team
- Provide expert input to the team
**Business Development Management**
- Lead new business development initiatives for B2C,B2B and B2U markets
- Develop and communicate the Corporate Solutions performance scorecard that captures key performance factors that help drive and achieve the key results of the business.
- Monitor, track, and manage the performance of the team
- Oversee new product/service development for the B2B and B2U customer segments
**Work Experiences**
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in strategic planning online business development, corporate leadership, and financial decision-making.
- Must have demonstrated proficiency in analytical research, leadership, and strategic planning.
**Working Conditions**
- Must be prepared to work beyond the normal work hours whenever required.

- Must possess exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Must be confident in public speaking and communicating both verbally and in writing.

**Technical / Functional Skills**
- Must have a strong working knowledge of online marketing and Sales strategies.
- Must be able to multitask with research projects, data analysis, coordination with the executive team, and acting as the public face of the company in the absence of the company’s CEO.
- Must be able to develop and execute a business plan to achieve the desired revenue.
- Must be able to identify and build partnerships with institutions of higher learning to roll-out regional initiatives.
