**The Role**:
We’re looking for a dynamic, innovative and result driven leader to take full ownership of growing our APAC commercial and partnerships business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building from the ground up — independently driving innovative strategies, uncovering new market opportunities, and setting a bold vision for long-term regional growth. Based in our Singapore office, you will lead and inspire the local team while acting as our APAC lead, combining creative thinking with hands-on execution to deliver both quarterly financial results and long-range growth targets. An individual who is **Confident and assertive communicator**, capable of influencing stakeholders, negotiating high-value deals, and leading with clarity in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

We have made good progress in APAC working with more than 40 partners across the region. Now it’s time to elevate the business to the next level leveraging the incredible popularity and fandom of our shows from India to China, SEA and Oceania. We need to add new segments, products and partners in these markets. Moonbug provides this leader with all tools and shows required to be successful.

Our APAC region has grown significantly and is budgeted to achieve ~USD$10m Rev in 2025 with the aim to grow to $40-50m in 3-5 years.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Own and execute the long-term commercial strategy for Moonbug in APAC**, identifying key markets and new products and developing innovative approaches to drive sustainable growth
- ** Deliver financial targets in a high growth environment**:

- **Lead and grow the Singapore-based APAC team**, fostering a high-performance culture built on creativity, collaboration, and bold thinking.
- **Act as the senior commercial leader in the region**, independently identifying and securing high-impact partnerships across distribution, original content, co-productions, and creative deals.
- **Drive revenue through strategic deal-making** — from VOD and linear channels to direct-to-consumer platforms and emerging models — ensuring optimal packaging, pricing, and positioning for Moonbug’s portfolio.
- **Champion market insight and creative innovation**, using audience trends, data, and regional intelligence to inform product strategies, new initiatives, and long-term investments.
- **Represent Moonbug at key industry events**as a thought leader and brand ambassador in APAC, strengthening relationships with platforms, producers, broadcasters, and potential M&A targets.

**Desired Experience**:

- **Proven track record of driving commercial growth in the APAC region**, whether in media, entertainment, kids & family, education or digital growth sectors.
