**MAIN PURPOSE**

We are looking for a highly motivated, strategic and charismatic Operations Leader and Business Partner to deep dive into streamlining end to end logistics, international freight and warehouse/ distribution management.

This role takes the lead to review and process improve existing logistics and distribution operations and expected to drive the team to deliver desired business objectives by means of continuous improvements as well as adopting best practices. The Regional Head, Distribution & Logistics Management works closely with various cross function teams such as Commercial, Supply Chain Planning to achieve optimal customer satisfaction aligned with overall operational efficiency and transformation.

**KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for strategic oversight and leadership for end-to-end Logistics and Fulfilment operations to make happen on time delivery in a fast-paced environment for related inbound, outbound and last mile e-commerce fulfilment in the region
- Oversee day-to-day operational performance and develop effective work KPIs to optimize the teams overall work performances.
- Lead the setting up operations in new markets and operationalizing new capabilities and solutions.
- Active involvement in spearheading process improvement initiatives for related logistics processes and system, including that of warehousing automation.
- Manage operations cost optimization by means of evaluating logistics budget as well as ensuring efficient business partnerships with assigned Logistics Partners etc.
- Enhance the company's logistics and distribution effectiveness to maintain a high level of service levels in SEA region and beyond.
- Be well informed of international cross-border trades, evaluating and effectively communicating regulatory changes that could have operations and business impact to optimally new market-to-entry business opportunities.

**EDUCATION & OTHER PROFICIENCES**
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain & Transportation Management or related tertiary fields
- Minimum 10 - 12 years of relevant experiences in regional Logistics, Distribution and Fulfilment Management
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Acquired experiences in leading end-to-end fulfilment operations across multiple markets.
- Proven track records in successfully leading regional and/or in-country operations and operational excellence teams.
- Highly analytical, with a structured and data-driven competency in problem-solving and strategic stakeholder management capabilities
- Excellent influencing and interpersonal communications skills, including that of acquired experiences in building a team for a growing business.
- Good understanding of SAP (WMS modules) and equivalent ERP system is highly preferred.
