- Assist in gathering and documenting requirements from various stakeholders to ensure product features and enhancements meets business objectives and user needs
- Support in preparing training and communications content and materials in new launches / releases to ensure business readiness and drive adoption
- Ensure delivery quality and operational readiness of each release by working closely with Technology and Quality Assurance in UAT reviews
- Support tracking of project tasks, milestones and deliverables using project management tools and assist in taking meeting minutes during Steering Committee and other project governance meetings to ensure accurate documentation of discussions, action items and decisions
- Assist and participate in user interviews and usability test sessions to observe user interactions with the product, gather insights and feedback on usability issues and identify areas for improvement
