Job Description: We are in the midst of rapid and exciting digital transformation across the organization, executing a customer centric strategy, new technologies, scaling ways of working, revamping our structures and building new business capabilities. We are looking for an innovative and passionate individual to join our Distribution Digital Enablement team. This will be a hands-on individual contributor role to support the strategic vision for our distribution’s digital proposition focusing on end-to-end roadmap of the agency digital platforms to drive productivity, improve customer engagement and increase sales conversions for our agency force. • Support the implementation of strategic projects for distribution's digital applications to optimise sales processes and increase conversions. • Collaborate with key stakeholders on strategic digital projects to translate business objectives into clear value propositions and support change management plans for successful implementation. • Support and follow through on required actions arising from incidents, enhancements and fixes. • Support the organisation and management of agency engagement committee meetings. • Track and monitor status of projects, issues and action items. • Manage day to day execution of change management activities, including communication campaigns, training programs, content crafting and stakeholder engagement workshops to ensure business readiness and drive adoption. • Manage stakeholders/end-users to understand problems and desired outcomes, gathering requirements and document findings in clear and concise report including preparation of business case, scope documentation or functional requirements to ensure business objectives and user needs are met. • Ensure delivery quality and operational readiness of each release by working closely with Technology and Quality Assurance in UAT reviews. • Support the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines and budgets. • Gather and analyse data to identify enhancement opportunities to improve operational efficiency, productivity of users and improve user experience. Job Requirements: Who we are looking for: Competencies & Personal Traits • At least 1-2 years experiences in digital transformation project management and execution related roles in the financial / insurance sector preferred. • Excellent skills in MS Office Suite and familiar with project management tools • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable deliverables. • Good understanding of project governance, execution and project risk management standards • Collaborative mindset • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapting to changing priorities • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to engage diverse audiences and mange group dynamics • Passion for digital transformation Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
