Job Scope
- Handle general day-to-day functions such as mails, printing, tenancy matters, liaising with 3rd party to ensure smooth operation of the office
- Maintaining company administrative systems/processes
- Liaise with outsourced IT vendors for day-to-day IT problems
- Assist in on and off boarding of staff and minor HR matters
- Assist in administrative work of client support team
- Manage and disseminate HR, IT or Operation Memo
- Provide support to the Managing Director and senior management
- Manage claims and office expenses
- Take care of travel, visas and accommodation arrangements
- Assist in ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned
Requirement
- Diploma or higher qualifications
- Able to work independently as well as in a team, in a dynamic work environment
- Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Discreet, meticulous, and a can-do attitude
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin (to liaise with our Chinese associates, colleagues and clients)
