Singapore INFO-TECH SYSTEMS LTD. Full time

You will act as the first point of contact for all IT-related requests and incidents, managing a range of support tasks from user administration to network troubleshooting. You’ll also be involved in systems maintenance, upgrades, and implementation of IT projects to support business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for end-users (hardware, software, network, systems).
- Serve as the primary contact for IT incidents, escalating to external vendors or internal resolver groups when necessary.
- Perform Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange user account administration.
- Handle the deployment, installation, and maintenance of end-user devices (laptops, desktops, mobile devices).
- Maintain inventory of IT assets, software licenses, and documentation.
- Support backup and recovery processes, antivirus solutions, and system updates.
- Assist in the implementation, upgrade, and migration of IT infrastructure and systems.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards and policies (e.g. ISO 27001:2013, MTCS SaaS Tier 2).
- Collaborate with the broader IT team on infrastructure monitoring, virtualization (VMware), and network administration (routers, switches, WAPs, firewalls).

**Requirements**:

- **Degree or diploma**in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- **Minimum 3 years**of relevant IT operations/support experience in the IT industry.
- Solid knowledge of **TCP/IP networking**and Windows OS environments.
- Proven experience in **Office 365**and **Active Directory**administration.
- Familiarity with **VMware**, **network and security devices**(e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, antivirus), **public cloud environments**, and **backup solutions**is an advantage.
- Experience working in environments aligned with **ISO 27001:2013 (UKAS)**and **MTCS SaaS Tier 2**standards is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
