**What the role is**
- As an Executive/ Senior Executive, Pupil Placement Services in the Student Placement and Services Division, you will be working with various divisions in the Ministry’s Headquarters, schools as well as government agencies in the conduct of school placement exercises to admit students to our schools. You will also assist in the tracking of exercise outcomes, operational planning and development of IT systems to support our schools in student placement matters.

**What you will be working on**
- Assist in the conduct of student placement exercises and facilitate student postings, admissions and transfers (e.g. Primary 1 Registration, Secondary 1 Posting, Placement for Returning Singaporeans, Admission for International Students, Joint Admissions, Direct School Admission, School Transfers for Primary Schools)
- Conduct data verification, basic data analysis and system user acceptance tests
- Manage and handle enquiries on pupil placement matters, including those from schools and members of public

**What we are looking for**
- A service-oriented individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A good team player who is resourceful and able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Prior training in IT-related disciplines and/ or work experience in IT system enhancement, acceptance testing, and implementation would be an advantage.
