The Professional & Adult Continuing Education Academy (PACE) at Singapore Polytechnic is seeking a dedicated Senior Executive to join our Programme Operations Division. As the Senior Executive, Placement Programmes, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient administration of the SkillsFuture Career Transition Programmes (SCTPs) and other placement programmes.

[What you will be working on]

Responsibilities:

  • Perform end-to-end programme administration functions including course intake creation in training management system, managing registrations and queries, timetabling and logistical arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding programme queries and registration matters.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure smooth delivery of end-to-end processes in programme administration, logistics, and system support.
  • Provide timely and informed guidance on registration processes, funding eligibility, and programme details.
  • Manage communications and feedback from internal and external stakeholders in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Identify potential issues which may impact programme processes and recommend appropriate solutions to support effective programme implementation.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in an educational setting related to academic processes.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with a positive attitude, thriving in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
  • A meticulous and organized approach to work, with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Thrives in both independent and collaborative work environments.

Successful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.
