Our first global expansion brought us back to the roots of our founders: Los Angeles. CruBox Los Angeles fuses authentic boxing techniques with beat-matching movements, and has seen celebrities like Kim Kardashian, Usher, and Hailey Bieber come through its doors. Riding on the success of CruBox Los Angeles, CruBox Singapore opened shortly after.
Today, the ever-growing CRU brand has three state-of-the-art studios and a virtual experience: two on Duxton Road and Orchard Road, Singapore; one on the world renowned Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood, Los Angeles; and a virtual studio, CRU TV, the future of fitness that comes with a bike, screen and an immersive app for you to sweat to the beat of your favourite pack leaders.

Full Job Description
Major Duties and Responsibilities and Experience:
Manage team of instructors, part time staff, full time operational staff
Oversee that training staff completes and maintains proper brand image and work scope
Monitor and ensure members safety and oversee equipment maintenance
Fitness Equipment and studio Maintenance
Training, scheduling, troubleshooting, evaluating and assisting in payroll for gym and casual wage staff
Monthly stock take of equipment and sales products
**Requirements**:
Minimum of 1 year experience in hospitality or fitness industry
Proficient in English language
Must provide referrals from previous employer
Fitness Equipment machine maintenance skills
Sales oriented and good interpersonal skills
Effective communication skills, stress management skills and top quality organizational skills
Managerial & Supervisory
Ensure that all administrative requirements of the gym are met.
Training, scheduling, troubleshooting, evaluating and completing payroll for gym and casual wage staff.
Updating staff training materials and Standard Operating Manuals when required.
Assisting with developing, adjusting and enforcing policies and procedures as stipulated by Management.
Ensuring effective budget management and ensure that staff have all the opportunities and tools to reach their weekly, monthly, quarterly budgets.
Manage equipment inventory and maintenance, including health and safety checks.
Overseeing risk management practices.
Encourage staff development
Keeping and compiling ongoing patron usage statistics
Remain current on new trends in the industry
Responsibilities of All Positions within Fitness Centre.
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Ensure cleanliness of the studio using all 5 senses:
Sight to ensure studio is neat and orderly
Sound to ensure music/sound levels are appropriate
Touch to ensure floors, countertops, etc. are clean and dry
Smell to ensure the studio is fresh and odor free
Customer Service:
Demonstrate positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity, and professionalism to internal and external customers.
