**Responsibilities
For Order Processing

Orders / Goods Returns Processing

2. Order sync from Salesperson's devices for General Retail Trade Customers

3. Generate Summary Picking list and forward to Warehouse

4. Generate Delivery Order (DO) for Delivery / Collection on Samples, ECR Pallets etc.

5. Generate Goods Return note (GRN) for all Trade Customers

For Administrative

and print out Hard copy for Salesmen

2. Creation of New Customer Account, Update Customer Status and Account Closures in

the system

4. Generate Tax Invoice to Mushan Ind. Pte Ltd for Milk Tea order delivered to DFI

5. Printing of Carton / Product Barcode labels

6. Other office admin duties assigned by management

For Operation & Delivery

1. Answer incoming calls and attending customer complaints and enquiries.

2. Attending door step queries queries and receiving of incoming Parcel and Guest

3. Generate Daily Delivery Summary report

4. Booking of Truck from EDS Transporter for NTUC, CMM, DFI, Amazon & PandaMart

Delivery

5. Booking of Delivery schedule (Online) & Loading Bay reservation for JEM, Jewel, MBS etc

6. Assist Driver on issues encounter during the delivery

7. Coordinate with Warehouse staff on Stocks status and amend the invoice accordingly

and Salesmen via WhatsApp in the group chat

**Working Hours and Benefits**

Working hours: 8.30 am to 6.00 pm, 5 days per week

Location: Woodlands Area

Salary range: $1,800 to $ 2,200 (Depending on experience and qualifications)
