Ballet Quarter 是新加坡的精品芭蕾舞学校，由前新西兰皇家芭蕾舞团首席祁欢与英国皇家舞蹈学院（RAD）注册教师颜翠贤创立，提供系统、高质量的课程，涵盖少儿启蒙、青少年考级与成人进阶。学校位于交通便利的 PLQ Mall，教学环境专业舒适，配备 Harlequin 舞蹈地胶，兼顾安全与品质。

**【工作地点】**
PLQ Mall（巴耶利峇地铁转换站上盖商场）

【岗位职责】
- 协助策划与发布教室社群内容（如小红书、微信、Instagram、Facebook）
- 统筹课程安排、教师排班及学员事务
- 处理课程咨询，确保沟通清晰及时
- 协助校长处理日常运营，优化流程与体验
- 与小型团队协作，支持教室运作与市场推广工作

【岗位要求】
- 具教育培训或教室运营相关经验者优先；有舞蹈或普拉提背景更佳
- 能以中英文进行沟通与文件处理（视工作需要而定）
- 熟练使用办公软件（如 Word、Excel）
- 每周工作 40 小时，加班另有补贴
- 可接受每周一天轮班（含周末）

【薪资待遇】
- 月薪 S$4,000 起（具经验者起薪可更高）
- 每月绩效奖金，综合月薪可达 S$7,000-8,000
