**Responsibilities**:
- Front Desk and reception service
- Organize day to day admin operations and maintain office premise efficiency
- Vendor Management, manage contract renewals and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and leasing matters
- Coordinate schedules of internal and external meetings
- Maintain meticulous record management for timely information retrieval
- Support logístical function and organize corporate events
- Familiar with Covid safe management measures
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years experience in office management and administration
- Ability to multitask, a team-player and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills
- Thrives in changing environment, willingness to learn new software tools/systems and manage ambiguity
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Adept in collaborating with multicultural, multi-regional and cross-functional teams
