**About the Job**

**Responsibilities**

1. Perform research on companies, stocks, select industries, etc. utilizing internal and external information sources and expertise.

2. Researching and preparing for new deal opportunities and pitches

3. Preparing transaction documentation
- business plans, term sheets, teasers, summary financials and financial forecasts.

4. Schedule meetings and make arrangements for meetings; prepare meeting schedules; notify attendees; prepare materials; take minutes, etc.

5. Periodically prepare documents used in client presentations, coordinate printing and distribution of material.

6. Accumulate financial information on various external organizations of departmental interest by utilizing internal and external sources of information and expertise as necessary.

7. Establish, organize and maintain departmental files and data, both routine and confidential, and control access.

8. Create and maintain databases on various topics such as client lists, project lists, etc. as appropriate to departmental functions.

9. Performs other tasks as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the Financial Services industry

2. At least 3 years' experience (minimum, for executive level), or at least 5 years' experience (minimum, for manager level) in the sales of corporate training programs and advisory services

3. Ability to read, write and converse in Mandarin Chinese in a professional capacity is a must to service East and North Asian clientele

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

5. Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work in an unstructured environment
