**Responsibilities**:

- **Algorithm Design and Optimization**: Can design and optimize high-frequency trading algorithms to handle large-scale market data.
- **Financial Knowledge**: Has an in-depth understanding of both virtual currency and traditional financial markets, including market mechanisms, asset pricing models, and risk management.
- **Risk Management and Optimization**: Proficient in portfolio management and risk control techniques, with the ability to optimize strategies for a better risk-return ratio.
- **Market Microstructure**: Knowledgeable about microstructure indicators such as market depth, bid-ask spread, and liquidity, especially in highly volatile cryptocurrency markets, where these factors are crucial for strategy execution.
- **Automated Trading System Development**: Able to develop automated trading systems, familiar with API integration, strategy execution, data collection, and order management.
Skilled in handling low-latency and concurrent trading.
- **Blockchain and Smart Contracts**: Understands how blockchain operates, able to analyze blockchain data and recognize on-chain patterns.
Proficient in writing smart contracts, especially in the decentralized finance (DeFi) sector.
- **Mathematics and Statistics**: Proficient in probability theory, statistical inference, and time series analysis, capable of analyzing market volatility and building models.
- **Multitasking and Real-Time Monitoring**: Capable of handling data from multiple markets and timeframes, performing real-time monitoring, and adjusting strategies.

Combining these skills can help a cryptocurrency quantitative researcher gain a competitive advantage in a fast-changing, highly competitive market.

**Requirements**:
1 At least 5 years of experience in quant/systematic trading

2. At least 2 years of experience in managing the quant trading team

3. Past year track record in managing the crypto investment portfolio

4. Proficiency in back-testing, simulation, and statistical techniques

5. Strong programming skills in Rust, Python C++, or Java.

6. Previous experience operating with a large amount of tick/data would be

beneficial

7. Experience in AI/machine learning is highly valued
