1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a Crypto Quant Developer with a strong focus on HFT and market making systems. This is a hands‐on role at the core of our trading desk, where you will design, build, and optimize proprietary trading infrastructure that drives low‐latency execution and gives us a competitive edge in global crypto markets. What you'll be doing: Design, implement, and optimize low‐latency, high‐throughput trading system components across exchange connectivity, tick‐level data handling, order routing, and risk controls. Partner with quants and traders to develop and productionise high‐performance algorithmic strategies, ensuring robustness and speed. Build, extend, and scale our research and back‐testing pipelines to enable rapid idea‐to‐production deployment. Coordinate with cross‐functional teams to deliver new trading products and system upgrades at scale. What we're looking for: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in Python and C++. 2–5 years of experience building quantitative trading systems or strategies, ideally in HFT or market‐making environments. Deep knowledge of multi‐threading, concurrency, memory management, and OS‐level performance tuning. Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and numerical methods. Familiarity with exchange protocols (FIX, WebSocket, binary APIs) and order‐book microstructure. Proven ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and deliver production‐grade solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills – able to bridge between quants, traders, and engineers. Bonus: Hands‐on experience in HFT or market‐making system design (latency profiling, market data feed handlers, smart order routing). Exposure to GPU/FPGA acceleration or advanced C++ performance optimisation. Experience with risk management, inventory models, or derivatives pricing in a market‐making context.
