**What we need**

As our General Manager - based in either Singapore or Hong Kong - you will lead the execution of LoopMe’s growth plan across APAC and play a hands-on and pivotal role in growing our brand presence across the region.

You will be a key, senior member of the management team, driving our Sales activity across major media agencies, trading desks and brands, as well as being accountable for the region’s overall growth. You will lead a team of Sales leaders across Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia and report straight into the CEO.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Working closely with the CEO on strategies to drive the growth of the business across APAC
- Taking ownership of growing the regional revenue from new and existing clients in line with our global objectives, working collaboratively with our Product and Marketing Leads in order to achieve this
- Developing and executing winning new business strategies to achieve the company’s goals and develop strategic relationships with large agencies and advertisers
- Building a team of top talent and deliver productivity that consistently exceeds standards and objectives
- Leading efforts to continually improve the skills of the Sales team through proactive efforts with our People Operations team
- Working with internal teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of customer service

**You will have**
- Long term success at closing complex digital solutions to Media Agencies, brands and trading desks
- A black book of existing agency and client relationships across the region
- Demonstrated success in building a go-to-market strategy and regional sales plan for a rapidly growing ad tech company
- An expert understanding of the mobile or video advertising market: products, players, technologies (programmatic exchange and or self-serve experience is a strong plus)
- A ‘Lead from the Front’ style of working and proven ability to build and motivate high performance sales teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to evolve sales strategy based on research, data and industry trends
- Successful experience leveraging Salesforce to manage team sales tasks, pipeline, and closing data
