People willing to Think differently belong here. **Reporting of the role** This role reports to: Client Partner **3 best things about the job**: - Serve as the go-to expert for strategy tools/resources, offering proactive ideas on data source selection and its impact on justifications, POVs, brainstorming, media plans, and innovation opportunities. - Facilitate the creation and regular distribution of "best practice" case studies across the agency. - Provide support in implementing a new audience framework, managing project status, coordinating cross-discipline collaboration, and acting as a consultant on learning agendas for testing new capabilities in the market. **Measures of Success** 3 months: - Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current planning, analytics, and strategy landscape within the organization. - Gain a deep understanding of existing planning processes, analytics tools, and overall strategic goals. - Identify and implement quick-win initiatives to demonstrate early successes and build confidence in the planning and analytics capabilities. Six months: - Develop a strategic roadmap for planning and analytics aligned with business goals. - Foster a data-driven culture, provide team training, and enhance cross-functional collaboration. - Implement process improvements, and initiate technology upgrades as needed. Twelve months: - Collaborate with senior leadership to set the annual media strategy and ensure it aligns with overall business objectives. - Drive continuous improvement in media planning processes and technology, ensuring th audience targeting plans stays ahead of the curve. - Define and implement KPIs for performance tracking and reporting. **Key Responsibilities**: - Own, maintain and improve the guidelines for planning playbook. Have contact with one person from each provider/platform/etc. to be able to resolve any future inquires accordingly. - Act as the strategy tool/resource expert, proactively providing ideas on which data source to use and how it can enrich justification or help shape POV or act as “food for thought” to fuel brainstorms, inform media plans, validate need for innovation or any other future/ongoing opportunities across teams. - Keep updated on media/tech industry and market to help inform new opportunities and pressure test existing plans. - Facilitate the creation and distribution of “best practice” case studies across agency on an aligned cadence. - Support on the creation/implementation of the new audience framework by managing project status, following up on next steps and coordinating cross-discipline collaboration. - Act as a consult on learning agendas to inform tests in market of new capabilities. **Qualifications**: - 3-6 years of experience in strategic planning with focus on Market Research and Data Analysis - Strong analytical abilities for interpreting complex data and crafting strategic visions aligned with organizational goals. Experience with Google Analytics preferred. - Independent, efficient and prospers in fast paced environment often filled with ambiguity. - Demonstrate sharp, critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills. - Demonstrate genuine curiosity and interest in our clients & their business - Excellent communication & data visualisation skills to convey data-driven insights to diverse stakeholders. - Proven leadership skills with effective team management, mentorship, and talent development. - Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders. - Experience in defining and implementing (KPIs) for measuring success. - Proficient in project management, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and within budget. - Multi-market experience; B2B experience preferred but not a requirement. **ABOUT EIGHTBAR**: EightBar: Headquartered in New York representing 158 countries: It is a unified Ogilvy/GroupM team dedicated to IBM.
