**What the role is**
- You will be part of a dynamic team that manages the cancellation of passes, legal stay and repatriation of foreign workers. You will be handling customers' enquires and appeals relating to cancellation and repatriation, and required to respond accurately and meet service standards.

- Possess good customer service and communication (written and spoken) skills - Possess good analytical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills - Be a good team player with a customer-focused mindset - Be able to handle difficult stakeholders, work independently, adapt to fast and complex changes *PwDs are welcome to.
