Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world’s largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets. We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking that best suit our customers’ needs.
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Marketing Manager, Digital Acquisition.**
**Principal Responsibilities**
- Key member of the regional DA team, with particular responsibility for campaigns targeted to affluent consumers in Singapore and cross-border activities in support of Singapore’s International Wealth Hub
- Dual reporting line to the regional Senior Marketing Manager responsible for Affluent customer segment, as well as the local Senior Marketing Manager in Singapore
- Run the day-to-day relationship with the embedded Digital Acquisition agency hub team (based in Hong Kong), assigned to the affluent segment and internal Singapore Affluent Marketing team to deliver projects based on agreed budgets, objectives, targets, milestones in support of multiple business goals
- Implement the global digital advertising operations processes and strategies to support digital business growth
- Execute the agreed strategy and frameworks based on performance, competitive marketplace and industry best practices on all programmes
- Ensure global tagging measurement strategies and processes have been followed, enabling common digital measurement metrics and allowing cross-platform performance and attribution modelling
- Drive weekly performance meeting with media agency and local marketing team to review performance and progress towards goals. Conduct quarterly reviews of activity and drive constant learning agenda
- Implement agreed programmes with key partners such as Google and Facebook
- Help develop and implement marketing best practices across markets to enhance performance including Agile work methodologies with key partners
- Drive cross-functional working groups to solve marketing challenges and drive new initiatives
- KPIs will include meeting sales targets, rolling out digital marketing capability, supporting our learning agenda and on collaboration with other teams
Requirements
**Requirements**:
- Digital Marketing professional with understanding of latest developments in the marketing and media world
- 4+ years’ experience in key digital channels such as Search, Display, Programmatic, Social, Native, Affiliates and Aggregators
- Have a penchant for learning
- Understand the use of data and analytics in deriving customer value
- Be passionate about the customer and be obsessed with customer outcomes
- Degree level qualification
- Financial services industry experience (ideally within acquisition) and strong understanding of digital business, while experience with the ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) and high-net-worth (HNW) segments is a strong advantage. Ideally, past work experience with digital companies (Expedia, Google, Apple, Fintech style companies)
- Asia Pacific local market digital media experience, ideally experience in Singapore and regional roles
- Familiar with the operation of martech for Digital acquisition and able to translate business and customer needs into tech requirements
- Highly collaborative and familiar with Agile working methodologies
- Proven experience in using data and customer insights to drive optimisation towards acquisition goals
- Proven ability to be a self-starter with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment
- Able to work in a regional capacity, while based in a local office and understand the difference between the two geographies, while supporting both
- Ability to think innovatively, shaping and communicating new concepts
- Ability to speak and write fluently in English, other languages a plus
