The Treasury Senior Manager is overall responsible for managing the organization’s treasury function.

The Position reports to the Head of Finance.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Overall management of the treasury function, the Treasury Senior Manager responsibilities include:

- Develop corporate treasury policies, procedures and guidelines for regulatory, anti-money laundering
- and legal compliances.
- Develop financing strategies (FX management, hedging, etc) to manage financial risks and support
- business growth.
- Responsible for cash management / optimization investment returns from surplus cash and loans
- drawdown.
- Establish effective bank relationships & negotiate terms and enhanced bank offerings.
- Coordinate with Parent Co on adequacy of funds for long/short term funding and bank guarantees
- facilities management.
- Review bank accounts and authorization/approval limits to support business growth.
- Ensure compliance with relevant withholding tax and transfer pricing legislations.
- Perform risk management (liquidity, interest rates, ventures, etc) in accordance with approved policies
- and procedures.
- Prepare reports of present/future cashflow positions, incorporating sensitivities / scenario analysis

Skills & Attributes:

- At least 3 years’ experience working in a similar role (Corporate Treasury, loans, and M&A funding)
- within a listed company.
- Familiar with Anti Money Laundering, KYC verification and Governance procedures
- Competent in FX hedging and securing of banking facilities.
- Good understanding of accounting principles (impairment / unrealized gains or losses)
- Good understanding of money market, financial markets trends, investment management and
- financing techniques.
- Thorough knowledge of banking relationships, financial legislation, regulations, and practices.
- Good communications and negotiation skills & interpersonal skills
- Strong integrity, reliable management team player
- Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in financial risks / impact computations
- Relevant degree in finance or accounting
