Technical Project Lead is responsible to bring new chemical(s), technologies, and innovations from the ideation phase to launch and beyond (continuous upgrades, A-B testing, and MVP) across divisions (i.e. pest control, hygiene and well-being, drainage and fumigation).
- This Project Lead position is also required to hold and caring for a minimum of 10 customers pharmaceutical/m/ hotel) who require trending reports and monthly

1. 80% of the Project Lead scope must be focused on new chemical(s), technologies, and innovations.

Effective at working cross-functional, to pull together resources and various departments and align teams to run and move projects from ideation to launch and beyond.

Map out the process flow for these new chemicals), technologies, and innovations, and activate the respective teams responsible for the various processes.

Effective at engaging teams locally, regionally, and globally and adept at preparing and presenting status update reports to the local, regional and global management team.

Amazing internal and external customer service skills.

Ability to write experimental methodologies and compile data, prepare reports, and presentations, and present outcomes.

Know the market needs and be able to adapt innovations, technologies, and solutions to capture market needs and vice versa, and be able to create a market need for certain innovations and technologies.

2. 20% of the Project Lead scope must be focused on the trending report and monthly.

Work cross-functional Responsible to work with Customers, Operations, and the Sales team closely to ensure sites have proper pest management programs with relevant documentation.

Responsible for monthly/ quarterly/ yearly reporting and also ensuring customers pass audits

(internally and externally).

Quality Checks and Quality Assurance or regular walk-downs at the customer site to ensure the pest management service level is maintained.

Handle customer inquiries with regards to the difficult pest identification or preparation of pest identification reports.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors or Masters in Science (Natural Sciences, Vector Parasite, Entomology, or other related fields)
- Project management skills. Highly self-motivated. Proactive, eye for detail, extremely good with follow-up.
- Loves to learn and coach (fast learner and amazing communicator and trainer).
- Proactive view on pest management and physically fit to head down to field sites for site surveys on quality
- checks, and routine inspections.
- Previous roles in pest management or hygiene business will be advantageous.
- Detailed, skilled and tactful in handling key accounts customers who are major customers for the company.
