**Position Overview**:
As the Senior Key Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding market reach for the company line of organic produce and goods. Your responsibilities will include cultivating strong relationships with key accounts, executing sales strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience, preferably with a minimum of 3 years, in sales, key account management, or a related role, is required, with a preference for experience in the organic or food industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and draw actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
