**Responsibilities**:

- The Business Analyst modifies, enhances or adapts existing or proposed systems within an organisation with the purpose of improving business efficiency and productivity. He/She plans activities involving the examination and documentation of technical requirements for new solutions to be created and user needs analysis. He analyses the feasibility of new systems and enhancements to existing systems, translates technical requirements into system specifications and writes test cases.
- Liaise with stakeholders to identify business needs
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the business requirements specifications and feasibility studies on possible solutions
- Support the development of business cases defining potential benefits, solutions to increase efficiencies of business processes and associated risks
- Analyse business processes
- Support the review of existing business processes to identify opportunities
- Develop alternative solutions to streamline processes
- Evaluate the viability and feasibility of possible improvements to processes
- Support the development of recommendations to increase efficiency of processes
- Develop reports and strategic analysis of business processes
- Translate business requirements into technical specification
- Determine optimal means of meeting needs and requirements
- Translate business requirements and user needs into functional specifications

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in SD MM knowledge and preferably in Procurement Domain
- SAP Ariba Functional Knowledge is a must
- Knowledge in eProcurement SYstems is essential
- Experience in solution implementation, knowledge in integration with other SAP ERP and/or 3rd party systems is essential
- Effective information-gathering, through meeting facilitation, one-on-one interactions and/or observations
- Experience with documentation work products including manuals, SOPs, training aides and process documents
- Hands on and creative problem-solving skills.
- Active listening skills, professional written and verbal communication skills.
