Singapore Vault Personnel Pte Ltd Full time

Interprets, implements and maintains general ledger and account payable accounting system and procedures
- Reviews and interprets financial reporting and account payable requirements, policies, rules and regulations
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements, account payable subledgers; through established review and reconciliation procedures
- Ensures timely (i) submission of monthly, quarterly and yearly financials, (ii) processing of account payables, through established procedures and checklist
- Supervises and assists, if needed, AP Specialist in the daily processing of suppliers’ invoices
- Supports in internal/external audit

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ACCA
- 5 - 8 years working experience (Big 4 experience with US GAAP exposure advantageous)
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products
- Meticulous, proactive and willing to take extra mile to problem solving/process improvement
- Team player, keen to interact with internal/external parties
- Knowledge of Oracle and Hyperion systems preferred

**Other Information**:

- Basic salary: $5.5K to $5.8K
- Working Location: Kallang
- Working Hours: 9am to 6.30pm (Mon to Fri)
- Type: Permanent

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $5,500.00 - $5,800.00 per month
