At Pink Parlour, we are building THE #1 hair removal salon across Asia with a focus on Care of staff and Clients. Our mission is to help all stakeholders build confidence through Beauty. We have done this through both internal and extenal franchising and touched the lives of over 100,000 clients, but we are just getting started. There’s a long way to go, and we need more passionate and caring individuals to join us on our journey to build something great.

**OUR TEAM**

We don’t just work but we truely set aside time for play too 4x a year. RWS, Wild Wild Wet, Movie Days out and Massage Days are just some of the team play times we set aside for you. While there’s gonna be lots of fun and laughter, there’s gonna be a lot of hard work too. We offer locals 8 days off a month just like office staff and 11am-9pm work hours.

**WHAT YOU LEARN**

Some things you will learn besides skillsets like waxing, ipl, spray tan and selling retail products;
- How to best CARE for clients
- Persuasion and influence techniques
- Prospecting clients
- Closing sales
- Important of cleanliness and hygiene
- Salon selling techniques

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- You report directly to the director
- You may at time be required to make quick on the spot well thought out decisions
- You will need to be able to work independently and at times under stressful situations.
- You will need to lead and have the ability to motivate and guide the staff under your care
- To deliver daily sales targets and achieve the stores monthly target
- Manage the monthly stock keeping for the store and do the daily store closing
- Assist the daily booking during your shift and assist customers with their inquiries when required
- Main contact point between Pink Parlour and customers

- High Basic Salary of $3500 to $5000, Attendance and Early Clockin Bonus, Product and Sales Commission, Monthly Shop Bonus $2000 and Annual Loyalty Bonus $1000 (convertable to internal franchise become your own boss)

- Beauty salon manager with 5 years experience
- Expert waxing and nail specialist with knowledge in IPL
- Positive working attitude, eg early to work, never lets guests wait and accommodating
- Hungry to learn new skills, loves to share and work in a team to help each other grow.
- Not shy, have a friendly personality and ready to chat with anyone.
- Able to mínimally converse in chinese and english
- Professionally groomed to set the standard
- Must possess at least a diploma or beauty certification like CIBTAC or equivalent or degree
- Fast learner, performance driven, with the ability to adapt to a fast pace working environment
- Knowledge of internet based cloud software and business apps
- Must be willing to work on Saturday and public holidays or when staff not able to cover
- Working hours 1115 am to 9pm daily except Sunday 7pm
