**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of shipping trends, market conditions, and trade volumes to support decision-making.
- Evaluate shipping routes, capacity, and pricing structures to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
- Develop and present regular reports on market conditions, trade forecasts, and competitive intelligence.
- Collaborate with key internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of trade & development strategies and to align with overall business goals.
- Support the planning of new trade routes and assess potential growth opportunities.
- Track performance metrics related to shipping operations and suggest improvements.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the shipping industry, specifically in trade analysis or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of global trade patterns, freight markets, and supply chain operations.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
