**Responsibilities and Tasks**:

- Drives accountability through clear communication, informal feedback, effective project management and appropriate usage of metrics.
- Prioritize and align project goals with counterparts across the organization.
- Effective management of projects through all phases (initiate, plan, execute, close)
- **Identify Stakeholders and manage expectations**
- **Ensure resources are applied appropriately to for successful project execution**
- Provide ideas and recommendations to leadership on project or program initiatives.
- Participate in planning activities and creation of the continuous improvement roadmaps
- **Execute, Monitor/Control programs and projects**
- Track program and project milestones and deliverables
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations
- **Identify risks and execute mitigation plans**
- Provide regular project updates to review status and visibility towards performance to plan
- Demonstrated ability in problem solving, decision making and critical thinking capabilities
- Experience managing projects or programs
- **Tenacious, and able to work with mínimal supervision**
- Proven ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks concurrently and see them to conclusion on a given timeline
- **Ability to innovate and to quickly adapt to changing requirements and timelines**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good meeting facilitation skills
- Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration with other groups, internally and externally
- Proven ability to plan and prioritize goals and is results oriented

**Education and Experience**:

- **Bachelor's or Master’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field**
- 1-2 years experience in Program or Project Management (preferred in both)
