Executive (Admin & Assistant Planner)

**Job Description**:
**Summary of the Job: (Primary function of the job)**
- Provides day-to-day administrative support to a Engineering and
Operations, handle administrative tasks such as scheduling
meetings,
preparing reports and filing documents, etc.
ADMIN (General)
- Manage, organize and maintain SIG Office (Sales, Engineering,
Operation) in terms of cleaniliness, orderly, safety and healthy r
risks.
- Manage, organize and maintain all Office consummables and
common
equipments.
- Facilitate and lead orientation of new Staff joining the Department.
- Facilitate Claims, Leave Applications, and Department events.
- In charge in relaying to all Department Levels amd members, for
information coming from Management, HR, etc.
- Perform book keeping, compiling and storage all Department
related documents and records.
- Update and verify Attendance and OT Records in ERP for SIG
employees.
- Prepare hardcopies of completed Project Documentations for
customer submission
ADMIN (Engineering)
- Create, update, compile and closing of completed Production &
Work Orders (PDA).
- Filing of MSL hardcopies.
PLANNER
- Facilitate in loading and approval of MSL.
- Item Creation for new parts.
- Follow up and update material status under summary schedule as
per commitments from Buyers
- Raise Alarm to Project Management (PM) if material & parts
delivery commitments are delayed or to be delayed.
- Received delivery of physical parts from Store/Warehouse.
- Verify and ensure delivered material & parts physical quantity tally
with DO documents.
- Assign Production Orders (PDA) per received material/part and
handover to Assembly or Design teams.
- Facilitate with Production and Standard Buyers for modification
rejected / returned parts.
- For received and verified material and parts, conduct timely ERP
Receiving and Closing Transactions.
**Job Requirements**
- Min GCE 'O' level
- Min 2 years relevant experience in Office Administration and
Business Management
- Experience in Book Keeping, Records Filing, and use of office
equipment in a must.
- Able to perform assigne tasks independently
- Trustworthy, ensuring confidentiality of comapany records
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
