Position - **Education Consultant**

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for motivated individuals with a good sense of business acumen and are passionate about enriching youths through marketing innovative training programmes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Promote and market training programmes to MOE government schools
- Conceptualise and execute innovative business development ideas to drive revenue growth
- Achieve and exceed set revenue targets
- Consistently provide service excellence for clientele
- Establish and enhance rapport with new and existing clientele
- Plan and project manage training programmes
- Work cohesively with trainers and stakeholders to achieve overall business goals
- Conduct training programme if required

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Media, Multimedia or equivalent
- Passionate about engaging and enriching youths
- Experience in the education or sales industry would be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Able to communicate well in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking associates and clients
