**Key Responsibilities** 1) General Duties**
- Experience running canteens and knowledge in regulatory compliance of SFA, MOH, MOM, MUIS and other Singapore regulatory agencies.
- Attend to feedback regarding quality of food or canteen in general by management, members and union.
- Control of menu and pricing of items for all stalls and ensure that only approved menus and pricing are implemented by the stalls.
- Attend Canteen Committee Meeting and update the committee on operational matters and regularity of meetings.
- Assist Canteen Committee to arrange for quarterly meeting with all stalls.
- Ensure stalls open on time and clean up after the day’s work.
- Ensure smooth operations of stalls following the most updated operation schedule to ensure consistency and continuity of services for all stall holders.
- Conduct voice of customers (VOC) survey of the performance of each/all stalls. Submit for performance reviews. Propose corrections or changes to improve the VOC result.

**2) Food Hygiene**
- Ensure all stall holders have Basic Food Hygiene Certificate, arrange to send them for course if they do not have and keep detailed records.
- Responsible for the daily upkeep of the stalls including the corridor in the stalls area, storeroom and the dining areas of the canteen.
- Checks and dispose of any food items that is expired or has no expiry dates inclusive of opened half used packets / containers.
- Each stall shall be washed and cleaned daily to the satisfaction of a grade A SFA canteen grading. A verification may be done by Catering team or an appointed contractor.

**3) SFA Inspections**
- To be physically present during all SFA Inspections.
- Act on SFA feedback.
- Ensure that all stalls are ready for inspection.
- Ensure SFA license is clearly displayed.

**Key Requirements**
- Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality/F&B/Customer Service or related with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Understanding of Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) will be an added advantage
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in management of canteen/ cafeteria operation is preferred (in source or outsource)
- Those without experience, but with desired attributes will also be considered
- Independent with integrity, assertiveness, innovative and pro-active
- Excellent organization, problem solving and communication (verbal and written) skills
- Passionate in Customer Service
