Nanyang Business School (NBS) is a world-class institution that values innovation, collaboration, and a strong sense of community. We are currently looking for a committed and service-oriented Alumni Engagement Manager/ Senior Assistant Manager to join our team.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with over 40,000 undergraduate alumni, support meaningful programmes such as mentoring and student-alumni initiatives, and help strengthen ties within the NTU community. You’ll work closely with the department head and contribute to impactful alumni and students’ activities.
Key Responsibilities- Drive, develop and manage the planning and delivery of alumni engagement initiatives to support and engage NBS undergraduate education- Manage and refine the alumni mentoring programme, including mentor-mentee matching- Engage and collaborate with student clubs to build early alumni connections- Coordinate and support alumni events- Engage alumni volunteers and provide administrative support
Requirements- Degree in any discipline with at least 6 - 7 years of relevant experience in alumni relations, event coordination, or community engagement.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to manage multiple projects.- Strong team player with a service-oriented mindset.- Proactive and Takes Initiative- Fluent in written and spoken Chinese to be able to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
