Our client is a well-established brand in the Technology industry and is now looking for a passionate and driven InTunes Solution Architect to join their team.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Technical Expertise- Strong knowledge and experience in solutioning, design, configuration and migration to Microsoft 365 platform for end user.
- Provide expertise to regional teams and collaborate with Japan head office stakeholders.
- Risk and Control
- Provide timely escalation and resolution of major issues to Management and Head Office teams.
- Client and Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as liaison between end users and IT team to understand business requirements for end-user services, design and implement new solution or enhancements.
- Partner with the customer's planning section to ensure alignment of all platform architecture processes, standards, strategies, and roadmap.
- As Solution Architect, understand and realize customer’s target architectures and coordinate with internal teams, partners/vendors and key stakeholders.
- Projects & Other Responsibilities
- Provide expertise to regional teams and collaborate with Japan head office stakeholders.
- Prepare and present regular project reports and documentations.
- Ensure project status and progress are communicated to stakeholders and IT teams in a timely and concise manner.

Experience/Qualifications:
Must-have
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent with min. 5 years of experience supporting IT End User Service in a large organization.
- Min. 3 years experience of architecting and supporting Workplace solutions
- Microsoft 365, Azure certification, MCSA/MCSE.
- 5-8 years of experience supporting IT End User Service in a large organization.
- Proven experience in solution, architecture, design for desktop OS engineering, desktop management & virtualization.
- Proven experience in collaboration and workgroup for project delivery
- In-depth knowledge on SCCM, Microsoft 365 Service, Group Policy, Active Directory Domain Services.
- Good understanding on on-premise AD with Azure AD integration
- Knowledgeable in identity authentication architecture to achieve Single Sign On between on-premise and private cloud environment.
- Knowledge and practical experience with Windows 10 end user device management via centralized management tool.

Good-to-have
- System Center Configuration Manager certification is desired for the role.
- ITIL Certification with good understanding of ITIL Change, problem, and incident management Frameworks.
- Prior working experience in a System Integrator environment is an added advantage.
