- Management and Optimization: Manage and optimize Intune configurations to enhance device compliance, security, and user experience.
- Identity Management: Implement and manage Entra ID/AAD for user identity and access management, ensuring secure and seamless authentication processes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business units to understand requirements, providing architectural guidance that aligns with strategic goals.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive architecture documentation, including design specifications, deployment procedures, and best practices.
- Training and Support: Provide technical training and support to IT staff and end-users regarding new deployments and tools.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in IT solutions architecture, specifically with Windows 10/11 deployment, Intune, Auto-Pilot, and Entra ID/AAD.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems (10/11) and deployment methodologies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Intune and Auto-Pilot for device management.
- Strong understanding of Entra ID/AAD and identity management solutions.
- Familiarity with security best practices and compliance frameworks.
