**What you'll be doing?**

- **Provide strategic direction**:Guide and mentor the assurance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- **Drive business growth**:Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities to expand the firm's portfolio.
- **Collaborate with partners**:Work closely with other leaders to promote firm-wide growth initiatives and drive innovation.
- **Represent the firm**:Act as a brand ambassador at professional and industry events, enhancing the firm's visibility and reputation.

**Who are they looking for?**
- **Certified professional**:Hold a valid Practicing Certificate and be registered as a Public Accountant with ACRA, along with the Chartered Accountant (CA Singapore) designation and ISCA membership.**:

- **Experienced leader**:Bring at least 7-10 years of relevant experience in public accounting or audit practice, demonstrating a track record of success.
- **Team motivator**:Showcase strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams.
