Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of audit professionals in the Singapore office, focusing on Cayman Islands and other offshore audit engagements.
Able to serve as Audit Director on engagements, ensuring audits are executed in compliance with professional standards.
Develop and strengthen long-term client relationships while driving new business opportunities in the market through professional networks.
Oversee a portfolio of offshore audit engagements, with responsibility for client deliverables, audit quality, and overall file management.
Collaborate with the Cayman Islands office to expand and promote the offshore audit practice.
Implement and monitor the audit quality control framework in Singapore, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with firm-wide standards.
Guide the professional development of audit staff, providing day-to-day supervision, mentoring, and performance management.
Support global operations with some international travel, given the expanding client base and close collaboration with Cayman and overseas offices.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ senior management experience in audit or assurance.
Chartered Accountant of Singapore and active member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).
Well versed in asset management, investment, and securitisation industries, including experience with investment funds and Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), particularly Cayman Islands–domiciled entities.
