The Business Learning organization is seeking an experienced Learning Partner to join the APAC Global Business Group Client Engagement team. This Learning Partner will be responsible for working with stakeholders and key cross-functional partners to understand the critical priorities and assess audience learning needs based on performance gaps. You will partner with other teams within Business Learning to ensure these needs are aligned to the appropriate learning solutions and learners across our audiences. Our ideal new team member will have a strong understanding of Meta's advertising products, a sales training, consulting and facilitation background, experience managing programs and projects (e.g. sales training, needs analysis, training impact measurement), knowledge of sales methodologies and marketing, and a passion for driving the success of advertisers on Meta products. They will be highly collaborative, a natural influencer, globally minded, and able to scale or adapt solutions. They will be able to powerfully and dynamically lead a virtual or in person classroom and build the trust of sales and cross-functional learners. They will be agile and curious with a constant focus on impact.
**Learning Partner, APAC Responsibilities**:
- Build relationships with sales leaders, sales teams, and cross-functional business partners (e.g., Product, Marketing and Business Operations & Planning) to collaborate on sales enablement needs and to balance training delivery with overall priorities
- Support learning strategy and activate programs end-to-end, including facilitation, enrollment, and assessment, and ensure all training experiences are top quality and tie back to business metrics
- Leverage global programs to scale training with consistency, while driving regionalization and localization of the global training content to ensure that they are addressing specific audience/market needs
- Collaborate with Global Business Learning team members and Regional Learning Partners to contribute to development of global training programs, content, and strategy
- Serve as the project manager for managing the assessment, design and delivery of the training experience
- Partner with relevant stakeholders to build and embed a culture of learning, both in and outside of the classroom
- Partner with and provide facilitation support with external vendors as needed
- Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- 12+ years working experience within sales training & development, sales and/or sales leadership, with a focus on commercial acumen, product training and sales effectiveness skills
- Experience managing internal and external facing projects (sales development/strategy, training, communications, marketing, account management)
- Proven talent for training in a virtual or in-person classroom environment and/or experience with presenting and group facilitation at the individual contributor and manager level
- Project management skills and experience leading strategic projects with cross-functional teams
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders and partners to assess and prioritize business needs, determine performance gaps, and create and execute a learning strategy and plan
- Presentation, communication, engagement and interpersonal skills
- Experience to action with limited information while considering impact across
- Experience collaborating, sharing, driving best practices cross-functionally and globally
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Proven experience managing strategic and consultative relationships/projects
- Additional fluency in languages such as Mandarin, Korean or Japanese are a plus, as the role has a focus on the Greater China, Korean and Japanese markets, and communications with learners are generally made in the respective languages above.
- Experience developing and executing on short-term solutions as well as long-term impact
- Experience influencing and executing across a matrix structure
- Familiarity with selling Meta Products
