**About the Role**
We are looking for an inspired, passionate and experienced strategy professional to join the Strategy team and contribute to the design and implementation of the Securities Strategy.

Reporting to the Head of Securities Strategy, you will be a responsible for driving the strategic direction of the securities strategy, needing to coordinate and influence parties within other areas of SWIFT and externally.

**What To Expect**:
Support the delivery of the
**Securities Strategy **within SWIFT which will enable the delivery of the overarching SWIFT strategy.

Working with Securities product and the customer facing teams this role will require an innovative, strategy expert and thought leader who will need to coordinate all parties to ensure that SWIFT presents a cohesive, joined up narrative for Securities which resonates with Securities' target market.

It will also be imperative that the person in this role works with Market Intelligence to keep abreast of developments in the market and understand the needs of our customers across all market segments.

This role will provide the successful applicant with a unique opportunity to expand your reach in terms of knowledge, network and build your expertise through SWIFT's strategy and business.
- Be a guardian of your element of the Securities strategy and promote the holistic Securities strategy, ensuring a consistent, cohesive, central message is communicated both internally and externally.
- Ensure all Securities Strategic direction is linked to the overarching SWIFT strategy, to support SWIFT's communication to the market.
- Ensure all internal stakeholders are a part of the Strategic process, bringing them along for the ride and ensuring you have their support.
- Contribute to other pieces of work within the Securities Strategy team, and the wider Strategic team as required.
- Where necessary support the Securities Strategy team in terms of the delivery of thought leadership.

**What Will Make You Successful**:

- At least 10 years experience in a Securities business, management consultancy or planning/management role, with a strong understanding of securities.
- University degree.
- 3+ years experience of working in the Strategy function of a financial services or consultancy organization.
- Experience of presenting to, and interacting with, board level executives.
- Experience in building relationships and gaining the trust of the industry.
- Strong presentation skills
- Proven ability to coherently communicate a vision and make it come to life.
